About the role
Support accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis for US‑based businesses while working remotely from Costa Rica. Turn financial and business data into actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze actual results versus budgets, explain variances, and suggest improvements to gross margin.
- Support month‑end close, weekly KPI reporting, and monthly/quarterly leadership reporting.
- Assist in budget preparation, pricing, cost modeling, and RFP analysis.
- Analyze operating costs, late fees, and overall financial performance to identify process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum two years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
