Remote ESL Teacher - Guaranteed Hours

About the role

Join a growing online teaching platform as a Remote ESL Teacher, delivering adult English lessons to students across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. You will benefit from a guaranteed workload of up to 30 hours per week and a stable base rate of $10 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, one‑to‑one or small‑group English lessons using the provided curriculum.
• Maintain a professional, punctual online presence for scheduled classes.
• Track student progress and provide feedback through the platform’s tools.
• Collaborate with the support team for student acquisition and administrative matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Accredited 120‑hour+ TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
• Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Native English speaker from the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Currently residing in Central/South America or South‑East Asia with a clean criminal record.

Required skills

• Computer with Intel Core i5 CPU (or equivalent) and at least 8 GB RAM.
• Stable broadband connection of 20 Mbps upload/download via LAN cable.
• Noise‑cancelling headset and HD webcam.
• UPS backup power capable of 4‑5 hours (for regions with power interruptions).
