Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking remote DevOps engineers across Latin America to join a paid AI training program. In this project‑based role you will evaluate code generated by AI models, rate the quality of AI responses and create coding challenges that help improve the models’ performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior to senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
