Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. The position is fully asynchronous, allowing you to work from anywhere in Latin America while contributing to the quality of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
