About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its Recruiting Team. Working remotely, you will help identify and contact potential candidates, manage job portal notices, and improve existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Recruiting area in sourcing and making initial contact with candidates.
• Propose new methods for candidate identification.
• Identify and suggest improvements to current recruitment processes.
• Manage job postings across multiple portals and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals for open searches.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• High attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Advanced level of English.
