About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its Recruiting Team. You will work remotely with multicultural teams, helping to identify and engage potential candidates while improving existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Recruiting area by identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates.
• Propose new methods for candidate sourcing.
• Identify opportunities to improve current recruiting processes.
• Manage job postings across multiple portals and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals for open searches.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and strong teamwork capability.
• High attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Advanced level of English.
