About the role

We are seeking a proactive Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will work with multicultural teams worldwide, helping identify and engage potential candidates for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area by identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates.
• Propose innovative methods for candidate sourcing.
• Identify opportunities to improve current recruitment processes.
• Manage job portal postings and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals for open searches.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• At least one year of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Advanced level of English.
