Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience across email, chat, and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, issues, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Escalate complex cases to senior support or management when necessary.
• Provide clear product or service information to customers.
• Collect feedback to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth problem resolution.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
