About the role
We are seeking remote Cloud Engineers across Latin America to join a paid AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for software engineers looking for project‑based engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
- Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
- Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
Required skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
