Remote Cloud Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking remote Cloud Engineers to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. In this fully asynchronous role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The position is project‑based, flexible up to 40 hours per week, and requires no prior AI experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test model capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior to senior level).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in any engineering discipline – full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
