Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist

About the role

Angel City VA is seeking experienced remote professionals to provide clinical trial support for independent research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations. The role is flexible, offering full‑time, part‑time, or project‑based arrangements, and focuses on advancing studies that bring new treatments to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants with study procedures, visit expectations, and informed‑consent processes.
• Deliver patient education and engagement initiatives throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Support regulatory documentation, study operations, finance, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with sponsors and CROs to ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Provide timely communication and issue resolution for site partners.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in clinical research, medical, or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and HIPAA training.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical patient care.
