About the role
We are seeking a Chemistry Expert to support the training of next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely as a contractor, you will apply your chemistry knowledge to create high‑quality content that helps models learn, reason and perform.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret scientific documents, datasets and research papers in chemistry.
- Develop, review and refine questions and answers that challenge AI understanding.
- Extract key insights using analytical techniques and ensure scientific rigor.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain clarity and accuracy of content.
- Provide feedback on model outputs and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in academia, laboratory or industry.
- Strong ability to read, comprehend and analyse technical documents.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Data retrieval and analytical reasoning.
