About the role

We are seeking skilled software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and design coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers looking for flexible, on‑demand assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.
