Remote Appointment Setter – Health & Nutrition

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy, disciplined, and empathetic Appointment Setter to be the first human contact for our leads. You will guide prospects through our educational resources and help move them toward life‑changing health programs. The role is high‑volume, requiring roughly 150+ outbound dials per day.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Management – call webinar registrants to encourage attendance and follow up with no‑shows.
• Pipeline Optimization – reach out to individuals who completed a health assessment but have not booked a sales call.
• Conversion – engage webinar attendees who stayed for the pitch but did not schedule a call, answering basic questions and building trust.
• CRM Management – use Close CRM to track lead status, manage tasks, and ensure no prospect is missed.
• Performance – consistently meet or exceed daily dialing targets and weekly appointment‑setting benchmarks.

Required profile

• Experience – prior appointment‑setting or outbound‑sales experience is highly desirable.
• Communication – near‑native English with clear pronunciation; ability to sound local to a US audience, especially women aged 55+.
• Personality – warm, bubbly, patient demeanor able to handle skepticism with empathy.
• Discipline – grit to sustain high‑volume calling while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Tech Savvy – comfortable using CRM software; experience with Close CRM is a plus.
