Remote API Developer – Up to $34/hr

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, making it ideal for developers looking for project‑based remote opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
