Recruitment Coordinator – Remote (Contract)

About the role

Acceler8 Talent is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to act as the central hub between consultants, candidates, and clients. This fully remote, contract position supports our fast‑growing AI and technology recruitment business across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end recruitment process from candidate submission to interview.
• Manage daily communication with consultants, candidates, and client stakeholders.
• Schedule interviews, confirm availability, and ensure smooth logistics.
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients.
• Maintain recruitment systems and records with up‑to‑date information.
• Follow up with clients and consultants to keep pipelines moving.
• Take ownership of day‑to‑day coordination so consultants can focus on relationship building and closing deals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, or agency recruitment.
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident communicator with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and can juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable, proactive team player.
