Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing team by managing key steps of the hiring and onboarding processes. In a fast‑moving startup environment, you will act as the local point of contact for People Operations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders, and maintain candidate trackers.
• Generate offer letters, initiate background checks, and handle data entry in HR systems such as Rippling.
• Identify gaps in current recruiting workflows and propose or build improvements as hiring needs evolve.
• Set up new hires in payroll, HR, and system‑access tools; assist with onboarding planning and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and support off‑boarding processes.
• Organize team activities, events, and global participation initiatives; prepare internal communications for milestones.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or related administrative roles, including hands‑on candidate sourcing.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and building processes from scratch.
• Fluent or near‑native English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using HR systems, preferably Rippling.
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
