About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Services Professional to lead its talent acquisition initiatives across various business units. In this role you will partner with client managers to design and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent and support the company’s hybrid cloud and AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with business controls.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members, acting as an escalation point for recruitment processes.
• Manage talent processes, including immigration status initiation and maintenance.
• Align workforce planning with client objectives to build critical skill sets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in talent acquisition and staffing processes.
• Proven ability to work with clients to define staffing requirements.
• Leadership experience guiding recruitment teams.
• Familiarity with immigration status management and compliance.
