Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a fast‑paced recruiting team to manage interview logistics and build strong candidate relationships. This position is often the first point of contact for candidates, shaping their impression of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens, coordinating directly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Arrange travel for visiting candidates when required.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruiting system.
• Provide timely follow‑up communication on recruiting status via phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and compile weekly candidate status reports.
• Coordinate post‑interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials.
• Identify and suggest improvements to candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Support primarily US‑based roles, with occasional work for other regions.
• Manage a volume of 55+ interviews per month, with a 30‑day training ramp‑up and metric targets by day 60.
