Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and clients to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services, from sourcing and screening to presenting and closing top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools for current and future needs.
• Manage client relationships, conduct briefings, set expectations and ensure timely, professional communication.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment processes, following agreed client procedures and timelines.
• Apply competency‑based interviewing techniques to assess and differentiate candidates.
• Maintain high‑touch candidate relationship management and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven client‑facing experience interacting with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Strong background in competency/behavioral interviewing.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and advanced sourcing methodologies.
