Racquet Attendant

About the role
The Racquet Attendant welcomes guests to the resort’s tennis facility, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will be the first point of contact, providing essential amenities and assistance throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and orient guests to the tennis courts and related services.
- Provide water, cool towels, sunscreen, refreshments, and other amenities.
- Supply towels and assist with equipment handling.
- Arrange court bookings, ball machine usage, and coordinate with other staff.
- Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor to maximize guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 months guest‑facing customer service experience in hospitality or a similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep the work area organized.
- Professional composure in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
- Comfortable training and guiding less‑experienced attendants.
