Quality Control Specialist (Creative)

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist will act as the final quality gate for creative and digital deliverables, ensuring they meet brand, client, and technical standards before release. You will work closely with producers, designers, developers, and other creative teams in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quality reviews of static creatives, video assets, HTML emails, display banners, websites, and mobile experiences.
• Identify, document, and communicate visual, content, functional, and technical defects with clear, actionable feedback.
• Validate assets across multiple formats and ensure compliance with brand, client, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and mitigate delivery risks.
• Execute established QC processes, maintain project documentation, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Creative Production Review, or Digital Production.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
