Lead Product Designer

About the role

Very is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the full design lifecycle for client‑facing products. You will work directly with customers from early discovery through launch, turning ambiguous problems into concrete, market‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops, alignment sessions, and user feedback loops with clients.
• Design end‑to‑end UX and UI, create interactive prototypes, and develop design systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design intent is maintained through development.
• Conduct design QA and verify that shipped products reflect the intended craft.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow where appropriate, while preserving human judgment.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional product design experience.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous briefs and shifting targets.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality, launch‑ready designs.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and workshop facilitation.
