- Work with developers and DevOps to include unit and integration tests in feature development and to resolve test issues.
- Use AI tools to generate and improve tests, analyse coverage, diagnose failures and maintain automation, reviewing and validating AI-generated output.
- Improve test reliability by fixing flaky tests and setting repeatable test-data practices.
- Help set automated quality checks and release criteria, and help QA colleagues develop automation skills and follow common testing standards.
- Perform manual or exploratory testing when appropriate.
Required profile
- 4+ years in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years of hands-on test automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot failures in test code, applications, test data and environments.

- Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or a comparable automation framework.
- Testing web applications, APIs and integrations.
- Hands-on CI/CD integration, running and troubleshooting automated tests.
- Git, pull requests and code reviews.
- AI-assisted coding or testing tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Preferred: Playwright and TypeScript.NET, React or Node.js, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure DevOps, and experience mentoring manual QA engineers toward automation.
The employer offers a performance-linked compensation package, statutory benefits, medical and life insurance, paid time off, learning opportunities and a wellness programme.
