Psychology Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Psychology Quality Assurance Lead to manage the quality and consistency of psychology‑focused AI training data. This remote, hourly contract position involves reviewing AI‑generated content, evaluating trainer work, and ensuring adherence to detailed project rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality, consistency, and trainer performance across psychology AI training projects.
• Review AI‑generated psychology content and trainer/QA outputs against project guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback and document recurring quality issues.
• Communicate updates to trainers and QA staff, support onboarding, and maintain documentation.
• Activate and manage contributors who are not working consistently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Social Work, Psychiatry‑adjacent research, Education, or a closely related field.
• Strong command of English for following guidelines, team communication, and written feedback.
• 3+ years of experience in psychology research, clinical or counseling settings, behavioral science, academic writing, or mental‑health content review.
• Deep understanding of psychological theories, research methods, ethics, and mental‑health safety considerations.
