About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Pharmacy Chain Promoter who will execute the commercial plan in assigned pharmacy chains, ensuring product rotation, training store staff and monitoring competition to strengthen the brand and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned pharmacy points weekly and carry out promotional campaigns according to the promotional calendar.
• Guarantee product visibility on shelves, negotiate and maintain special displays (banners, totems, POP).
• Train pharmacy staff on product features, benefits and unified sales pitch, document trainings for reporting.
• Monitor competitor activity, record new products, prices, promotions and collect POS insights.
• Identify unmet customer needs and report opportunities for new SKUs to the Sales Manager.
• Check expiration dates, perform FEFO rotation and flag low‑turn items, proposing actions to improve turnover.
• Record each visit in Odoo (or the designated system), report incidents, and follow cold‑chain SOP when transporting sensitive products.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; university studies in marketing, administration, health or related fields are a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in promotion, sales or field‑force roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated consumer sector.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, reinforced by continuous internal training.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo or a comparable ERP system for visit logging and reporting.
