GTM Enablement Specialist

About the role

Snap Finance is seeking a GTM Enablement Specialist to join its Costa Rica team. You will act as the bridge between Sales and cross‑functional departments, ensuring new products, features, and initiatives are launched smoothly and adopted effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage GTM initiatives originating from Marketing, Product, and Salesforce teams.
• Coordinate launches, own readiness checklists, communication plans, and go‑live timing for the Sales organization.
• Lead change and adoption management for new tools, processes, and products.
• Gather, document, and prioritize Sales business requirements and drive UAT validation.
• Translate product release notes into clear, field‑ready messaging.

Required profile

• 2+ years in Project Management, Change Management, Product Operations, GTM, or a similar corporate specialist role supporting Sales.
• 1+ year experience working in Sales or a people‑service industry such as retail.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail‑oriented skills with professional fluency in English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work with U.S.‑based teams and align schedule to U.S. business hours as needed.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams.
• Project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike, Jira, Asana).
• Salesforce (Sales Cloud) knowledge from a user or business‑analyst perspective.
• Experience with UAT, release management, and change adoption reporting.
