Project Senior Analyst

About the role

Citi is hiring a Project Senior Analyst in its Project and Program Management family. This is a seasoned professional role that applies deep disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows. It requires evaluating moderately complex issues, weighing alternatives and filtering complex information, and regularly taking an informal or formal leadership role in teams while coaching and training new recruits. The position is full time, hybrid with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and share information on process, policy and procedure changes and ensure managed projects are completed successfully.
• Create project plans, charters, benefits management plans, stakeholder and acceptance plans, and a central project issue log; set up resource assignments, change control, risk management and communication plans.
• Track actual project costs, identify variances and reforecast costs, and measure performance against standards.
• Manage Citibank and regional projects with a focus on development and change management, and handle daily product, policy and procedure queries.
• Act as liaison between the department and business areas, and as a point of contact for clients, including drafting staff briefs on system changes.
• Review processes, policies and procedures to identify gaps and recommend updates, and give feedback to project management leadership on risks and business cases.
• Monitor service level agreements of other departments affecting project service delivery and communicate them.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong business knowledge of core businesses, supporting processes and operations; knowledge of operations processes such as call center, credit and collections is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited direct supervision, exercise independent judgement and act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
