Project Manager – Service Delivery (Remote)

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a remote Project Manager to join its Service Delivery team. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of new orders for business customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned orders, guaranteeing timely, high‑quality service.
• Coordinate internal teams and contracted third‑party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Provide regular, clear updates to customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number‑porting processes.
• Document dependencies and priorities to enable efficient project execution.
• Leverage hands‑on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes.
• Apply expertise in SD‑WAN implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with multiple carriers.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support team success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Minimum 5 years experience in service delivery and/or project management.
• Hands‑on experience with VoIP, SD‑WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering.
• Ability to clearly document dependencies and priorities.
• Proven ability to manage third‑party resources effectively.
