About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead delivery for an assigned portfolio of customer work, including retainers and smaller projects. This remote position will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are managed and communication remains clear and timely.

Key responsibilities

Lead delivery of a portfolio of client projects, overseeing retainers and smaller initiatives.
Act as the main liaison for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
Maintain portfolio governance, ensuring delivery quality, scope control, and timeline adherence.
Track risks, resolve issues, and drive client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a client‑facing environment.
Demonstrated success managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
