Project Manager – Internal Projects

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to support the internal management of projects, timelines, tasks, and deliverables across accounts, production, creative, design, and external suppliers. This role will be essential in keeping the workflow orderly and ensuring each project progresses as planned.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily tasks, pending items, and deliverables for the accounts team.
• Coordinate internal priorities based on delivery dates and project needs.
• Request, receive, and follow up on supplier quotations.
• Assist in delegating tasks across internal areas.
• Review project schedules, timelines, and progress.
• Remind teams of key dates, deliverables, and commitments.
• Keep management tools such as Asana up to date.
• Identify delays, blockers, or critical pending items and ensure they are addressed.
• Support internal communication to maintain clear and organized information flow.
• Help the team prepare for events, activations, and BTL projects.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination, traffic, accounts, production, administration, or similar roles.
• High organizational and follow‑up capability.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
• Interest in events, experiential marketing, and BTL activations.
