Project Manager, Human Resources

About the role

This position is part of the Human Resources Organization Project Management Office, supporting global HR process owners and regulatory partners. You will collaborate with Global Functions Technology and HR Shared Services to manage the Workday backlog, projects, programs, and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, multi‑faceted HR projects or multiple projects simultaneously, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using PMO best‑practice methodology, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet desired outcomes.
• Prepare clear progress reports, manage time tracking, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Identify and assess project risks, proactively addressing potential issues before they arise.
• Enforce good project management practices, breaking complex activities into manageable tasks and monitoring them throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate problem‑solving by bringing together the right people and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, resource owners, and project team members to foster trust and effective communication.

• Effective communication skills for reporting to senior leadership and external partners.
