Project Manager – FinTech Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation and upgrade of fintech solutions for a leading client in the financial services sector. You will guide projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet client requirements and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and upgrade new and existing customer solutions.
• Lead projects from initial concept to final implementation, coordinating internal resources and external customers.
• Manage multiple implementation tasks across internal groups to meet client specifications.
• Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of new product and feature functionality.
• Offer occasional after‑hours support for client implementations.
• Standardize project status reporting for internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base maintenance, ensuring technical accuracy and client focus.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of proven project management experience, with a focus on implementation excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent).
• Flexibility to work in shifts according to business needs.
• Excellent organization, communication, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Preferred experience in financial services or banking.
• Project Management certification (CAPM/PMP) is a plus.
• Scrum Master or Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
