About the role

As a Project Manager – Cardiac Safety you will lead the planning, execution and close‑out of cardiac safety studies, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and an exceptional client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical study management.
- Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teams.
- Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archiving processes.
- Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking to support study execution.
- Monitor study timelines and manage financial components, including budgets, revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation.
- Identify study risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communications, negotiations, and relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Promote a positive team environment through effective communication and resource coordination.
- Apply structured problem‑solving approaches to resolve client issues and maintain issue tracking for timely resolution.
- Represent study services in client meetings, including investigator and site initiation meetings, as needed.
- Support onboarding and training of new Project Management team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field.
- 1–4 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical, or related industry.
- Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail‑oriented with demonstrated responsiveness and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel up to approximately 20%.
