Project Manager – Bilingual (Spanish/English)

About the role

Webb Fontaine is seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams using both agile and traditional methodologies in a bilingual (Spanish‑English) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects using MS Project for schedule, resource, and dependency management.
• Manage backlog, sprints, and work boards in JIRA, ensuring progress visibility for stakeholders.
• Apply agile methodology principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors to meet objectives, scope, and quality standards.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and propose mitigation plans.
• Prepare project status reports and executive presentations for senior management.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams as the main point of contact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA (project administration, boards, reporting).
• Knowledge and application of agile methodologies.
• Bilingual Spanish‑English with fluent oral and written communication.
• Leadership, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Relevant certification (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, etc.) – desirable.
• Experience in foreign trade or customs logistics – nice to have.
