Project Engineer

About the role

Cardinal Health is seeking a Project Engineer to support the design, development, and execution of medical device programs and projects. You will work on moderate‑scope initiatives, applying engineering principles and project management practices to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Perform research and analysis to develop design options for components, products, systems, and processes.
• Manage execution of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, scope, and risk management requirements.
• Coordinate with project and program managers, and may supervise other managers within the assigned program.
• Ensure adherence to established processes, methodologies, and regulatory standards.
• Identify technical problems, propose solutions, and take corrective action.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience with medical device development and validation processes.
