About the role
The Project Coordinator supports day‑to‑day execution of engineering projects within Ulteig’s Power Lifeline sector. The role combines administrative duties with project‑control activities to ensure smooth project operations.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and close out projects in the system of record.
- Provide administrative support for contract management, including tracking deliverables and change orders.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, schedule meetings, workshops, and track risks.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation such as minutes, status reports, and presentations.
- Assist Project Managers with schedule, budget, and financial reporting, identifying trends and potential issues.
- Maintain organized records and ensure stakeholders have access to the latest information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in project administration, preferably on engineering or power projects.
- Understanding of project management and project controls.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Planview Adaptive Work.
- Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) for contract and financial administration.
