Project Coordinator

About the role

Ulteig’s Project Management Services team is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support Project Managers on engineering projects. You will help keep diverse teams on track, manage documentation, and ensure successful project delivery, with the opportunity to lead small projects independently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project records, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Administer contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Provide status updates using Planview or similar tools.
• Ensure data integrity across project systems.
• Prepare cost, profitability, and performance reports.
• Organize project documents and control their distribution.
• Coordinate and schedule project meetings, draft agendas, and record minutes.
• Assist Project Managers with deliverables and delegated tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bilingual English‑Spanish (C1 level) with strong communication skills.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Proven critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and adaptability.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong quantitative abilities for spreadsheet and database analysis.
• Permanent authorization to work in Costa Rica.
