Program Director (Digital & Creative Projects)

About the role

The Program Director (Digital & Creative Projects) leads the delivery discipline for a portfolio of creative and digital initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and manage programs of varying size and complexity, typically under $1 million with teams of up to 20 members.
• Establish operational cadences, including finance tracking, resource planning, recruitment, tools, templates and reporting.
• Lead status meetings, client reviews and stakeholder communications, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Monitor project health through metrics such as forecast, burn, progress, budget utilization and write‑offs; approve invoices and purchase orders.
• Identify growth opportunities for accounts and post‑launch improvements through retrospective analysis.
• Champion project‑management best practices, mentor emerging talent and contribute to department process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in managing digital or creative programs.
• Strong understanding of client businesses, goals and competitive landscape.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in financial oversight and staffing for project portfolios.
