About the role

Universidad CENFOTEC is seeking a full‑time faculty member for its School of Business Administration. The position is a permanent, 40‑hour per week appointment, with flexibility to teach both daytime and evening classes. The successful candidate will join a growing Bachelor program in Business Administration and contribute to the university’s academic mission.

Key responsibilities

    Required profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent in Business Administration or a related area.
    • English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with verifiable certification.
    • Professional experience in administration, business, leadership or related sectors.
    • University teaching experience is desirable.
    • Knowledge of innovation, digital transformation, data analytics or applied AI in business is a plus.

    Required skills

    • English (C1 level).
