About the role
Facilitator is the primary person leading the learning session and driving the learning outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led virtual and classroom training.
- Conduct general assembly sessions and breakout activities.
- Lead group discussions and knowledge-sharing exercises.
- Manage participant engagement and learning outcomes.
- Guide learners through activities and exercises.
- Answer content-related questions.
- Ensure the training agenda stays on schedule.
- Support sales skill development and capability building.
