Production Supervisor

About the role

Coca‑Cola’s newest, most advanced manufacturing plant in Liberia, Costa Rica, is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate the entire production chain. You will ensure safety, ergonomics, environmental compliance, productivity, and quality while driving continuous improvement in a high‑tech, Industry 4.0 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the concentrate and beverage production line, ensuring adherence to corporate quality, productivity, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor and enforce the production schedule, guaranteeing that output meets quantity, quality, and deadline requirements.
• Promote process improvements to handle demand fluctuations and enhance efficiency.
• Implement quality tools and methods to sustain manufacturing performance and meet established objectives.
• Guide, train, and develop the production team to raise productivity and quality levels.
• Track production performance, oversee human capital and manufacturing resources, and ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitor compliance with corporate quality systems and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Lead modernization and optimization projects within the manufacturing area.
• Follow production orders and ensure timely execution of related actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising production processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, ergonomics, environmental, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop production teams.
• Capacity to analyze production data, recommend technique and equipment improvements, and manage change projects.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
