Production Supervisor II (Shift B)

About the role

The Production Supervisor II (Shift B) leads the manufacturing floor for Cirtec Medical’s Class II and III medical devices. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are met while fostering a safe and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities on Shift B, coordinating personnel, equipment, and material flow to meet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality system requirements.
• Plan, organize, and schedule both standard production and development projects.
• Hire, train, and cross‑train staff; manage performance and conduct regular team meetings.
• Monitor and report production performance, recommend improvements to yield, methods, and product quality.
• Maintain production metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and develop self‑reliance among technicians.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and organization of the production environment.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within medical device production.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate teams and report results.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with laser workstations.
• Proficiency in CNC motion control programming.
