Production Operator – Night Shift

About the role

Viant is seeking a Production Operator for the first night shift (10:00 pm – 6:00 am) in its manufacturing department. The role is entry‑level, with on‑the‑job training provided, and is ideal for candidates interested in medical‑device production.

Key responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and departmental work instructions.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance and safety tasks according to established protocols.
• Meet production expectations and quality standards.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Completed primary education.
• Basic proficiency in reading, speaking and writing Spanish.
• Ability to read and interpret specification sheets.
• Physical ability to bend, lift up to 25 lb, stand, sit and use hands extensively.

Required skills

• Use of measurement instruments and manual tools.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 and CFR 820 CGMP standards (preferred).
• Experience in clean‑room environments (preferred).
