Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing plant, where you will support the production of consumer goods that reach millions of customers worldwide. Key responsibilities

• Ensure production plans are followed and product quality is maintained on all lines.
• Operate primary and auxiliary equipment on mixing, liquid filling and dry‑part filling lines, including box sealers, bag sealers and stretch wrappers.
• Supply packaging material to the lines and label, box and inspect packaged products.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation and basic mechanical tasks such as lubrication, adjustments and inspections.
• Assist with re‑processing, manual filling and packaging activities.
• Transport product samples and ingredients to the Quality Assurance laboratory.
• Operate a forklift when required for ingredient delivery and finished‑goods removal.
• Complete required quality system records and report any issues related to the area of responsibility.

Required profile

• Completed ninth grade (high school diploma preferred).
• Approximately one year of experience in manufacturing, preferably food or pharmaceutical.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and numerical calculations.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable.

Required skills

• Operation of packaging and filling equipment.
• Forklift (forklift truck) operation.
• Basic mathematics for measurements and calculations.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
