Product Support Specialist - LATAM

About the role

Join Swapcard’s Technical Support team as a Product Support Specialist focused on the LATAM region. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the platform and ensuring they extract maximum value from our AI‑powered event solution.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers primarily via Intercom, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance.
• Conduct occasional video calls or webinars to demonstrate features and resolve complex questions.
• Own the entire support lifecycle—from initial contact to resolution or escalation to subject‑matter experts.
• Develop deep knowledge of Swapcard’s product suite across all user types and subscription plans.
• Collaborate with the Success team to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and bug‑free experience for every client.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for LATAM customers.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to identify process improvements and share feedback with the team.

Required skills

• Experience using Intercom or similar customer‑support platforms.
