Product Operations Manager

About the role

Databricks is seeking a Product Operations Manager to own and run the operational backbone of a fast‑growing part of the business. You will bridge field, product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams, turning high‑growth work into reliable, repeatable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own an operational domain end‑to‑end: design processes, set SLAs, maintain reliability as volume grows.
• Build automations, tools, and workflows (scripting, low‑code, RPA, AI/LLM) to eliminate manual work and enable scaling without added headcount.
• Standardize ambiguous or ad‑hoc work into documented, repeatable processes.
• Analyze multi‑source data to surface issues, set priorities, and inform decisions.
• Create reporting and dashboards for real‑time visibility into operational health.
• Partner across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and field teams to align priorities and remove friction.

Required profile

• 5+ years in product, business, revenue, or GTM operations, or as a business/data analyst with clear operational ownership.
• Proven track record shipping automations or tools that have measurable operational impact.
• Experience running end‑to‑end processes or systems (approvals, onboarding, quality controls, operating cadence).
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working with executives and distilling complex work.
• Background in enterprise SaaS/B2B environments.
