Product Designer

About the role

Tebra is seeking a customer‑focused Product Designer to help shape the future of its healthcare platform. You will join a collaborative, cross‑functional team dedicated to elevating the day‑to‑day experience for providers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to vision and design strategy that aligns customer and business value.
• Evolve concepts into innovative solutions using strong creative and design fundamentals.
• Facilitate cross‑functional ideation sessions and apply design system guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
• Lead customer research sessions, synthesize insights, and identify opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools and data‑driven methods to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with strong creative and conceptual design abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal direction, navigate ambiguity, and define problem statements.
• Excellent collaborator and communicator who can present data‑supported viewpoints.
• Working knowledge of business logic and technical dependencies across front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Comfortable conducting research methods such as rapid prototyping, card sorting, and affinity mapping.
