Procurement & Finance Data Process Lead (2-year contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement and Finance Data Process Lead on a two-year temporary contract to drive process harmonisation, master-data governance and continuous improvement across our global sites. The role will strengthen Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations, boost automation and ensure high-quality procurement data in SAP ERP and Ariba environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the harmonisation of P2P/S2P processes across multiple locations.
• Document and maintain Level 5 process work instructions.
• Support the procurement master-data strategy, governance and data validation.
• Improve procurement automation, process compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT and Master Data teams.
• Participate in the implementation of systems, tools and reporting solutions.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs and other reporting tools.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in P2P, AP or Shared Services environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP ERP and SAP Ariba.
• Business-fluent English.
• Project Management certification.
