Process Program Manager – Operations

About the role

Microsoft Operations is seeking a Process Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic programs that enhance the Quote‑to‑Cash and Volume Licensing experiences for our customers. You will own the full program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage end‑to‑end programs across the Agreement customer lifecycle.
• Monitor process performance, metrics, and KPIs; conduct analysis and benchmarking to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and superior customer experience.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and AI‑enabled analytics to identify improvement opportunities and build business cases.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, change‑management activities, and risk mitigation planning.
• Document process flows, system requirements, and compliance controls.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs in a technology or enterprise‑services environment.
